Silver Mountain Maintenance LLC was excellent. Nathan showed up on time and took on a project that turned out to be a lot more than either of us thought. He single-handedly built a king size murphy bed over the course of two days. Estimate said 6-12 hours and Nathan knocked it out in 6. He took his time and called me in for a second opinion to ensure he was on the right path before proceeding to the next step. He even found some errors in their own directions which I have reported back to the company. Looking to do five or six smaller projects around the house and will definitely be calling Nathan back.

Nathan was a lifesaver transforming my new house into a home. He was punctual, and professional. When encountering some challenging situations with ceiling fan, garbage disposal and bathroom fan installs, he was able to figure out a work around. He was respectful of my home and trustworthy and I was comfortable leaving him in the house to work alone. He was attentive to cleaning up after himself. I found him to be a happy fellow and quite personable, who does excellent work. I would definitely use him again and recommend him without reservation.

We are so thankful we found Nathan at Silver Mountain Maintenance! We found him on Thumbtack. He was actually the THIRD handyman that came out after the first two were disasters. His pricing was reasonable and fair , he was timely and professional , skilled and proficient. On his first visit, he installed a doggie door and installed a metal fence. I saw on his truck that he also does electric so next week we asked him to install a Ring security camera and lighting. I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family.

Friendly, professional, and was cautious about overpromising, but found solutions to tricky problems with the weld repair and delivered on the job. I'm passing his business card on to my social circle.

Alright!!! Nathan is awesome. He came out to do one job took on several others. Very flexible! We were setting poles to hold a sail cloth, didn't work out, changed course to put rings on the wall. He said it was a learning thing and only charged for material. I am absolutely recommending him for what ever you need. He listens, brain storms and figures out what will work. He doesn't over charge, tells you in advance so you can decide if it's doable. Highly recommend him and will abs call him back.

I had Silver Mountain Maintenance install my Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights, and they did an excellent job. They were never pushy during the bidding process and took the time to ask questions about how I wanted the lights installed while offering helpful recommendations.

Scheduling was flexible, the installation was very clean, and their attention to detail was outstanding from start to finish. They even helped me get everything set up after the installation was complete.

Nathan restored a family chest that way in dire need of much repair. Warped and citrus strip all over. He saved the chest and added legs for us. I am forever grateful. He is a joy to work with. Such a gem in the valley for what he does.

A co-worker recommended Nathan and I had him visit my house . Got my clipboard and paper ready for him. My house was built in 1977 and it needs some pro TLC. Nathan left with a long to-do list. And more is coming. I saw his website and other work he has done (like railings) and gave me ideas for things down the road. Today, he replaced 2 outlets, 1 rocker switch, removed 2 old satellite dishes from my roof, straightened out a line left behind by an internet company, troubleshot the wiring on my patio (needs to be restrung), and replaced my motion detector light sensor. It was broken and shined 24/7. Everything that gets done, I'll add more reviews. Y'all know what switches and outlets look like so I'm not gonna post them. But I'll post the pics of the dishes and the motion detector assembly. Finally am getting some help!

He did an amazing job removing a water system today!! We will have many more projects in the future.
